Testimonials

"To all the Paramedics and Nurses on duty the night on 9/1/18, a very sincere thank you for your overwhelming care of my needs after my fainting episode at the park that evening.

My family and I are so grateful for your professional, earnest and kind response.

We've always loved the White Sox and the organization, and now their First Aid Team is just another item to add to the list of why we love them.

Thank you again.  You guys are GREAT!!"

Dear Mr. Reinsdorf and company:

I would like to personally take the time to thank your organization for the care and compassion your staff showed to me and my family on the evening of June 1, 2018, and how well they represented your organization.   While sitting with my family, my elderly father experienced a period of extreme discomfort which caused us all concern.  Now my father is quite stubborn and has a heart issue, which is a combination that can be problematic.

Upon finally convincing my father to exit his seat, our usher sought out the medical staff.

We were greeted by Earl, Bill Sr., and Bill Jr.  They immediately provided quality care to my dad, evaluating him, keeping my sister from hyperventilating and expressing concern to my father to take the matter seriously.

My dad refused an ambulance transport to the hospital but continued to be treated by your staff.

After finally convincing my dad to go the the ER, we later found out he had serious blockages in his arteries.  He underwent a procedure within 12 hours to fix the problem.

As I said before, my dad is stubborn.  I have no doubt that if we weren’t at the game together and he was at home, he would have discounted the discomfort as being nothing important.  I know that this wasn’t made for TV dramatics, but I do believe your staff saved my dad’s life that night.  I want to thank everyone involved for their care, concern, and compassion.

Sincerely

On April 8, my husband & I were in attendance for the White Sox home opener.  During the 5th inning my husband complained of shortness of breath.  I could tell this was something to be concerned about, so I suggested we go to first aid to have someone access him.

After a quick assessment the first aid team quickly went into action.  They gave my husband oxygen, aspirin and nitroglycerin and we were told my husband needed to go the hospital.  They quickly took him to the waiting ambulance and then to the hospital.

Shortly after my husband arrived at the hospital, he was attached to monitors and that's when he had a heart attack.  Because the emergency staff got everything on the monitors, they were able to quickly access that his right coronary artery was 100% blocked.

I believe my husband is alive today because of the quick attention and wonderful care provided by the first aid staff at the ballpark.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sincerely and forever grateful
